Our story
HD HeeD was founded by a team of dedicated Registered Nurses who bring together more than 15 years of combined experience in disability and aged care. Having worked closely with people of all abilities, ages, and backgrounds, our team has seen firsthand the importance of person-centred care that is not just clinically sound — but warm, respectful, and empowering.
From supporting individuals with high physical needs to guiding families through dementia care and daily living challenges, we understand what quality support truly means. At HD HeeD, we believe care is not just a service — it’s a relationship, a promise, and a commitment to dignity and independence.
