At HD HeeD, Jazz partners with participants and families to craft holistic plans that reflect each person’s aspirations, strengths, and context. Whether facilitating community participation, aligning with allied health, or supporting positive behaviour strategies, Jazz ensures interventions are evidence-based, culturally responsive, and aligned with NDIS goals of choice and control.
